REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Because every item in our store is individually hand-painted and custom-made based on your personal pet photos, all sales of personalized items are final.

CANCELLATIONS
• We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. 
• After 24 hours, production on your custom item may have already started, and cancellations or refunds can no longer be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Your satisfaction is our highest priority! If your item arrives damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item:
1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at dmitriy.divnov@gmail.com.
2. Provide your Order Number along with clear photos/videos showing the damaged item and original shipping packaging.
3. Once verified, we will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

RETURN SHIPPING
Due to the custom, hand-crafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect photo submissions by the customer.

REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
