Each piece of artwork in our store is carefully hand-painted with high attention to detail. 

PRODUCTION & CRAFTING TIME

Because items are made to order, please allow the following processing times before your order is shipped:

• Wooden Brooches, Keychains & Ornaments: 3–5 business days

• Ceramic Mugs: 5–7 business days

• Phone Cases: 7–10 business days

 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been crafted and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

 

ORDER TRACKING

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping notification email containing your tracking link.

 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply according to their country's regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
